Glenn Stacey

Glenn Stacey, born and raised in Southern California, began playing tenor sax at the age of 12. In junior high school he joined his first rock n roll band in order to enter the local talent show. The band won first place in that show and he has never looked back since. A lifetime of playing in local rock n roll oldies,classic soul, and rhythmn and blues bands thoughout the L.A. area, he found himself connected to the band he plays with today, Give Me Back My Wig. As it turns out, his style patterned after the likes of King Curtis, and Sil Austin, is a perfect fit for the old school blues style of the band.
